Need front brake torque specs

I am replacing the front rotors and pads on a 2015 Buick Verano and have a few questions:
1. Does anyone know the torque specs for the caliper bolts and the caliper mounting bracket bolts?
2. Are the caliper mounting bolts a torque-to-yield bolt that needs to be replaced with each removal?
