I have a 1994 buick roadmaster i have a issue with the horn honking on its own for no reason as well as when i use turn signal dash lughts will flicker and sometimes the speedometer will go up and down with the blinker.

I also have issue that the car can take a time or two to get started. Then i can smell fuel. Sometimes it comes through a/c/ vents. The car runs very smooth after take off but hesitates and runs a little ruff at start?????

The horn issue is a common problem with these vintage GM cars.....the ribbon cable inside the airbag goes bad (grounds itself) and the horn goes off by itself...only fix is to replace the airbag.

As to the other items I'll let the other guys chime in.....

Thanks. Is that what is causing the blinker issue too with the dashlights flickering when i turn on blinker

Yes..but even if you replace the airbag it is likely to happen again. I hooked up a switch to the horn power wire under the dash to turn on the power to the horn when I am driving... I would make sure you have a brass battery relay post installed next to your fuse box under the hood. The original magnesium one causes all sorts of problems. Then check your EGR valve and soleniod for other deal. Go thru the whole car. It is worth it..
