New power steering rack and pinion leaking?

I have replaced my rack and pinion and all was good for the day. The next day I got an alignment done. Took it on the highway to test for leaks and everything was fine. Yesterday I found a huge puddle on.my driveway and started investigating the source. The pictures show that the bottom of the rack housing is leaking. Also looks like it may be a cap of some sort. Any ideas of what could be wrong with it would be great help. Also all hoses and fittings are dry. I have tested for blockage in the return line and is ok.

I am pretty sure (90% sure) its a rebuild. Got it from carquest, and still have the recipt. Called them today and they said to call back on monday and speak with a manager. If it cannot be refunded or I cannot recieve a new one then there going to loose a good customer.
