Buick Ownership
2011 Lacross
My 2011 Buick Lacrosse was flooded going through high water. I removed the spark plugs and intake manifold. Cleared the water. Checked the starter and battery, they are good. The fuses are good but it still won't start. Now the passenger and driver side windows will not work. I'm baffeled. What could be the issue now?

You should get the vehicle scanned professionally as it's impossible to know what damage was done to mechanical or electrical components. The issue now is the same as before it was flooded.

Did the car stall while going through the water or later on it wouldn't start?

Water in a modern vehicles while operating especially enough to kill it, can cause various amounts of havoc with electrical components. If the system wasn't completely dried out shorts can occur, again it's a possible something could be damaged but what it could be may relate to the height of the water the car was submerged.
