My climate control has been wacky ever since I bought the car in October 2012. It would sometimes go dark, like there was no power to the unit. Usually, going over a speed bump aggressively would kick it back on. Now my issue is the climate control (not a manual unit) is on and functioning but the fan does not activate.
I originally thought it my be the resistor, but from what I have read, the usual diagnosis for the resistor is the fan is stuck on high. Now I am thinking it could be the blower motor is there a check for that? What is the function of the Blower Control Module?
If there is a grounding issues where would I look for the ground contacts?
Thanks,
