No horizontal adjustment on Terraza headlamps?

I installed new headlamp housingson my 05 Terraza and to my great surprise the factory service manual only instructs how to adjust the vertical aim of the lamps. There are no instructions on how to adjust the horizontal aim and the lamp housings do not appear to have any provisions for adjusting the horizontal aim. This is very annoying and unsafe since both headlamps have the beams skewed towards the passenger side.

Is there really no way to adjust the horizontal aim of the hedlamps?
