A friend of mine has a 2000 regal with higher miles. 260,000 but it does not use any oil & wants to keep using it for a while. The power windows stopped working one day last week, and there is no dome lights (interior) & the radio does not work. I helped him a little, by checking the fuse's in the right side end dash & under the hood. they are all good. I even switched them to make sure. However, there is NO electrical power coming to the relay, which is located in the fuse panel ( rt side of dash, under cover) he really needs the windows asap. I took a test light & confirmed, no electrical power gets to the fuse box. It has pwr at the box under the hood...any suggestions where to look??? thanks!!!
