Only one Headlight high beam

2004 century
I only hjave one high beam light working. It is not the bulb, I traded out with the other side and it worked fine.

It just exchanged the Multifunction Switch
But still only one bright headlight.

Any Idea wjy?
Could it be the light pull out switch to turn the headlights on????

I would like to get it figured out before I put all the panels back in place.

My initial guesses are as follows:

Bad fuse (some vehicles have each headlamp circuit fused

Broken power wire to the headlamp bulb connector

Broken ground wire from the headlamp bulb connector

Bad ground connection for that particular headlamp
