Buick executives have been watching this community for years. They've also made improvements to their vehicles based upon what they've read here. They are listening to you.

This discussion will serve as a quick and easy way for Buick executives to gauge interest and help make decisions moving forward.

As an Enclave driver, you should state exactly what you'd like to see enhanced, added, and/or omitted from your Buick Enclave.

Any posts that don't stick to the subject matter will be moved elsewhere.

How about "How I'd improve the Enclave"? (instead of the Encore, we are in the Enclave sub-forum after all)

For the new Enclave... What's with that styling? The gen 1's were so much nicer looking. I loved how the front end reminded you of a car from last century. You could imagine that it was inspired by something from 1935-1955. Somewhere in there. It looked like GM was giving a nod to it's roots.

I'm sure the 2025 is a nice vehicle, but the front end looks like one of those women who got the super stretch facelift. The ones who take it too far because they "never want to have to do this again"! Or maybe when you're petting a cat and you stretch it's face back. The new Enclave looks like that. Not a good look to be honest.

How about more retro instead? I think people would like it. I know I would. It makes it feel even more classy somehow.

Other things I would value are more choices of paint color (without the expense of some kind of special order) and more choices of interior color. What happened to interior colors with personality? Why can't we choose a blue interior anymore, or green? Remember those from the 1970's Chevy trucks? People just LOVE that today, when the old truck is restored nicely. I don't mean lime green, it's a Buick, but a tasteful dark green would be much appreciated. Then there's red...

Imo it's the lack of creativity that's hurting buick and made them eventually have to stop selling cars due to low sales. The first Gen Enclave was a pretty vehicle. There's no denying it, it looks nice. The 2nd gen is what... something that wants to look like a Toyota? Toyota already has the market cornered on that look. Lots of people don't much like it, but they buy the toyota anyway for their high reliability.

As for the interior options, cooled seats are a godsend in the south. As I'm sure heated seats are in the north. I'd make sure it had the typical kid/grandkid entertainment for the back seats, all 4 windows should be one-touch switches, USB port for the radio... this stuff should all be pretty well known by now. I think one of the main things people want out of a Buick is a very soft ride, and low/no road noise. If it were up to me, I would promote an atmosphere of enjoyment. In your marketing, have someone enjoying their audio book (do another one with various GOOD music) and they're not hearing road noise. It looks like the guy is de-stressing. It looks leisurely and he's having an enjoyable time in his Enclave. Not over the top, not a party, just relaxing.

If it's still a problem with the image being "Buick is for the elderly", then just keep pounding the marketing with young popular people driving the Enclave. Spam it, and do it for years. I'd get creative with that too. Maybe don't go for 20's and teens, (most of them can't afford it anyway) go for 30's and 40 somethings. Have youtubers in the income bracket that would buy an Enclave be seen driving them and talking about them. Make those "shorts" videos for instagram and tiktok, even youtube. Get after it. I never see anything like that. I can't tell you when the last time I saw someone on youtube or facebook or instagram (or anywhere really) talking about their nice Buick. Even though Buicks are indeed quite nice.

Fixed! Thank you. I'm doing too many things at once...
