P 0102 Code

Recieved this code with an intermittant CHECK ENGINE light. Apparently, the cure is to replace the Mass Air Flow sensor. I have seen in other places on this forum that the recommended replacement is a MAF0005 from Hitachi. Rock Auto lists a Hitachi MAF0047. Do I get the 0005 or the 0047?

MAF0005 appears to be the sensor for older cars

A friend suggested that before I take the hit for a new sensor, why not clean the existing with some MAF aerosol cleaner. I removed the two, T20 security screws and disconnected the connector and sprayed a liberal amount on the sensor and ceramic grid. After reassembling, I had a business trip planned to Detroit, about a 2-1/2 hour drive. After an hour of driving, the CHECK ENGINE light went out and continues out. Fingers crossed!✌️
