I searched here and didn't see anyone else has reported this code. It just popped up today, car starts and runs fine. After I got the light I filled it with gas to see if maybe the flapper could've come unseated but it was all normal and the gas tank was 1/4 full filled easily to full. I scanned the code later. It won't clear. Buick phone App also says it's there's a problem with the evap system. Research shows "Evaporative Emission System Vent Valve Control Circuit is Low" so it sounds like it could be the valve on the canister by the right rear wheel or the wiring to it. I don't think I'd be lucky enough for it to be the purge valve under the hood but hope I'm not unlucky enough it is a pump control module or some weird hard to find wiring issue. If anyone has had experience with this feel free to comment. I know the was a user with a GS that replaced the valve near the rear wheel but I didn't see where he mentioned a code.
