Replaced steering rack, right axle, catalytic converter, and water pump. Then I got this new code, P2138. I replaced both the gas pedal (pedal position sensor) and the throttle body. Both certified GM parts. The pedal came straight from the dealer. The throttle body came from buyautoparts.com. I installed them and cleared the code. The code came back as well as the conditions: Engine Power Reduced, Service Traction control, Service Stabilitrack.
Now what...?

Thanks MelsRegal.
I ended up taking it to the dealer... And would you believe me if I told you they told me to bring it back in 5 days? I drove right across the street to a Ford Quick Lane and those guys trouble-shot it and repaired it in 3 hours. When I bought the car it had an electrical problem that I paid two shops to to fix (and they didn't fix it), which I turned out to be the one to fix it, and the last shop's "electrician" cut the computer out of the car. It took me literally slapping the shop owner for cussing ME out when I was pissed off when I found out the computer had been cut out to get him to refund my 785$. I tried to slap the person that told me to take my car there in the first place but he would never tell me his whereabouts after that... Long story, getting mad even thinking about it. It turned out to be a corroded injector harness. The current electrical problem stemmed from that issue with the computer. It's fixed, but now I'm having a hell of a time getting to the starter on this engine. Trying to replace it right now...
