Our 2011 Enclave has its first issue ever. The passenger side window stopped working yesterday. There is a clicking sound when we push and pull on the switch but no movement from the motor. I replaced the window regulator thinking the motor was bad but with no luck. The new one does not work and I still get a clicking sound when I push and pull on the window buttons. (both on the main drivers door switch panel and the passenger door switch). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

do you have a voltmeter or test light to see if power is going to the motor when you use the switch?

Inspect the wires inside the boot on the Passengers door sounds like a broken ground wire in the boot

I have the door taken apart. Where is the boot you are talking about? Also I forgot to state I get the clicking from both switches when trying to engage the window. The main on drivers side that controls the passenger window and also the switch on the passenger door side. We have on order a new passenger side switch thinking that may be the issue?

I received the new switch. I installed it but no luck. Still clicking. The part numbers were the same. I am wounding if the replacement I received is broken because the door lock switch on that one did not work when plugged in? Maybe its time to take it to a shop? Any other suggestions?

Here is the answer if anyone else ever has this issue. YES I figured it out. It was the wires between the door and car in the rubber hose. Passenger side. I wiggled it and the window started working. Now time to take it apart and find the cut wire.

Did you fund the wire and how difficult was it ?

Did you find the wire? We're you able to repair or replace the wire?
