Hello everyone! I'm here because I have something that I think some members here might be looking for. This was a project we took on after surprise-winning an auction on IAA last year. It's been sitting on the back burner since then with too many other cars around the house. Now, we're moving and it needs to be gone. I would absolutely love to keep it, but there isn't really a place for it in the family, and there's just no time to get it finished.
It's a 2007 Buick Rendezvous CXL, in purple, with a gray interior and 87,000 miles. It has basically every option for 2007: driver profiles/memory/heated seats, heads-up display, nav radio, sunroof, backup sensors, tow package. There are a few strange options: 15" chrome wheels and no third row (and 2007 wasn't available with AWD). If anyone knows where the heck the RPO sticker is, I could take a picture of it. Here are all of the pictures, including the original auction pictures:
The pictures might not show it well, but the interior is in near-mint condition, and the exterior has only a few scratches. Floormats are included in the back. There is a small amount of what looks like dog hair, but very mild and not underneath where the floormats have been. My suspicion is that this is a one-owner, garaged car owned by an old person who babied it. After installing a new battery, it runs and drives, and the engine sounds very good.
We purchased it wrecked from an insurance auction. The original parts came with it but we have disassembled it to the point of diagnosis. It's hit in the front left side, and it kicked the frame over an inch or two. It will need to be put on a frame rack to be fixed correctly. The frame damage means it will also most likely need an alignment. The driver airbags also blew in the accident. This means that the seat bag, steering wheel bag, and both front seat belts need to be replaced.
Every part that is needed for it has been removed from a 2007 burgundy Rendezvous with tan interior and is packed up ready to go. This includes both headlights, bumper, fender, header panel, driver's seat w/airbag, and the front seat belts. Keep in mind, these parts, interior and exterior, are in the wrong color. A skilled person could swap the tan seat bag into the gray seat, but otherwise the provided parts will mismatch and the exterior will need paint. The parts are from a rear interior burn car, so sadly the third row hardware is not available.
