Question about 1993 buick riviera

My father in law has a 1993 buick riviera in awesome condition hes trying to sell but we dont know what the word "vincel" on the driver side trunk means or if it has any bearing on value. In might be uincel but looks like a v to me. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

It looks like that may be the original seller/dealer sticker, nothing worth any value!

Some dealers may have had minor changes or add on's for their vehicles as far worth or addtional resale value that's depending on what was done. If it's a rare factory build in limited quantity per the original build sheet it may add to resale value, but there still needs to be a buyer looking for it.

Looks like a special car though they did a disservice by not having them leave the factory with dual exhaust or at least dual pipes.
