Warning, post is goign to be long.......
Well I successfully finished my upper and lower intercooler modifications but I can't find the picture album under user cp as per the FAQ to post pictures.
I used a LNF 2.0 turbo upper and lower intercooler pipe parts in conjuction with the factory LHU 2.0 turbo intercooler parts to make it all fit.
I also relocated the IAT2 sensor and vacuum line into the LNF lower intercooler pipe piece and so far no codes.
I will log the car tomorrow and send it to Vince@Trifecta to see if any adjustments need to be made.
Only custom piece I used was a Dejon UICP center piece because mine from my HHR SS I owned had a BOV on that piece.
On a different note;
I took a good look at our turbo area. Unlike the LNF model cars with a cast O2 piece, we have some kind of funky looking thing coming right off the turbo with a O2 bung (CAT maybe)? But I could have swore I saw piece of what looked to be Stainless wool stuffed inside of it.
Anyhow our actual DP looks like a nice piece, I'm going to pull that piece that attaches from turbo to the down pipe and have a shop weld me up a nice SS piece probably some time in Sept.
