2006 Lucerne
Hi all, new to the forum. I just picked up a nice 2006 Lucerne with only 48k miles. One thing I didn't notice because I drove it during the day is that all running light on the right side are out. I've check all the fuses and replaced all the bulbs in the back. Not the front as you all know how difficult that is.

Is it possible a bad bulb in the front (running light fulfillment) would stop all the running lights? Turn signals work both front and back and the brake light works too.

Appreciate the help

While it shouldn't, sorry have not had the problem yet, I can't say it could be for sure. Turn signal are a issue if one goes out it affects both front and rear. If you want to try a theory if the guides are connected pull out the rear one on the side that's working and see if front goes out, best guess at this time.

Thanks, turn signals work both front and back and the brake light works too. It's only the running lights that are not working and only on the right side

I understand about the other lights, but as suggested pull the rear running light of the good side and see what happens. I guess another option is to check the power at fuse F43 Passenger’s Side Park Lamp, that would at least confirm it's working up to that point.

Thanks, I'll check this out later today after I dig out from all the snow we got 🙂

Stupid me, missed a fuse blown which fixed it. Just hope I don't need to track it down if it keeps blowing.

Appreciate the help!

Glad it was that, but I did notice when redoing the rear lights that both harnesses in the wheel well quarters were rubbing against exposed bolts. Not shorting but something that took a minute to fixed to avoid a possible problem later.
