The seat recall feature works great with one of our key fobs. It doesn't work with the other. The seat gets confused and goes all the way back instead of recalling the programmed seat position. Same behavior regardless of whether easy exit is enabled or not.
Dealer's maintenance department claims that the 2014 Lacrosse can only recognize one of the two fobs (for the seat recall) -- unlike the 2010 we had before, where the car would remember and recall the seat position for each fob.
I cannot believe Buick went backward on this feature? Could someone with a 2014 please confirm whether this works on their 2014 Lacrosse?
