Secondary Air System 07 Lacrosse

So i am getting error codes for the secondary air system saying insufficant flow and valve stuck open. I replaced both the valve, air pump and solenoid in Dec. I know the air pump is running . any other things to check? My county in PA requires emissions and this stupid problem wont let it pass

On our '06 lacrosse, about 10 years ago it set a code or two relating to the secondary air system. i replaced all the parts but could never get the check engine light to go off except right after deleting the codes. We've just lived with the light being on all these years. It kinda sucks though because when the light is on, then you can't use the remote start. Luckily my state doesn't do emission checks. When we bought our '05 lacrosse a few months ago which is identical to the '06, we were pleasantly surprised to see that that year did NOT have the secondary air system on it! So none of the problems with that system that the '06 has 🙂
