I see an intermittent message "Service Transmission" on my 2017 Lacrosse with 27k miles on it. There is no "check engine light," and this message usually appears when I park the vehicle or put it in neutral.

I scanned with the OBD2 tool, and the code is P07BB, "Transmission Park Position Sensor/Switch "B" Circuit Performance/Low."

Should I be worried?

This may within the shifter mechanism that the sensor indicates the vehicle is in park or neutral, aka neutral safety switch, may need to be inspected. If this is the problem some issues may be not being able to start or shift the vehicle. Not sure where your warranty period is at but something to review.

There could be additional items or parts from the code and other forum members may have addtional suggestions.

Do you own the car over 4 years?
You have a 4 year warranty.
