Starter fuses for 2002 LeSabre

Problem: no power to the starter. Battery is brand new. The fuses under the back seat are good. Do I need to check the fuses under the hood? -----Thanks.

Battery power is a direct link (cable) to the starter motor! Where do you not have power when trying to start, on the solenoid, or the starter main feed?
