Starter Relay Location?!

Where is the starter relay on my 1996 Buick Roadmaster?

It is not with the fuses by left door, or the under hood fuse box with other relays.

Is there another fuse box somewhere?!

Or is is located by itself somewhere?!

Insane problem - even my service manual does not address this.

If that is the panel inside, near the door hinges, it has a white box the size of a pack of cigarette inside, with wires going in, and some other harnesses, but no starter relay like what I bought.
