Sunroof issue

I have 2013 Lacrosse. The sunshade works, the sunroof doesn't. I tried the reset method, not sure what else needs to be done. Both fuses seem good. Any suggestions?

Is there an access panel in the headliner behind the sunroof somewhere? If not the headliner may need to be lowered to access the sunroof motor. I would suspect motor but the switch could also be bad (unless it's the same switch used for sunshade.. still could be some other difficult electrical issue).

I'm having the exact same issue with my 2012 Lacrosse. I've been searching for an answer to our issue, but with no luck. I know this has happened to me a couple years ago, and the dealer "reprogrammed" the switch I believe. Did you ever get a solution to the issue? Thank you

You could try spraying the switch liberally with contact cleaner. It won't hurt anything if it's not effective. I had this issue with my Cutlass Supreme convertible, where the top would go down but not come back up. A good dousing of the dashboard switch with contact cleaner worked like a charm.
