Tach, speedo, and turn signals

I have an 01 LeSabre and the tach, speedo, and turn signals are not working. The flashers work and the output for engine speed works (from a scanner). I'm wondering if it could be a fuse or just the common buick instrument panel failure.
I can't seem to find an accurate schematic online. One said 2001 lesabre radio diagram and at the top it states 1989 lesabre diagram.
