The car today started doing like a tiny jump while it’s shifting gears. It just started like 30 minutes ago driving it. I’ve been driving it fine since 2pm today non stop doing uber eats. Has 134,758 miles. Just got a tune up last week. All spark plugs and wires changed, oil change, fuel injection cleaning whole 9 yards. Anyone have any idea what it could be?

I drive for Uber too and have this problem whenever I drive excessively. It's a trans problem for sure, but it hasn't caused any major issues for me yet. I think it might have to do with the shifting gears being worn or something. I've read up on a few things and they suggest a trans shift kit could help the issue (but not neccesarily fix it). I read this is a pretty common problem on the 4T65E trans. Something that worked for me was pulling over for a while and letting the car rest for 2 - 10 minutes. Most of the time it fixes the issue, sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't i usually still drive on it, just very carefully especially when accelerating. I try to take it in not long after that and let it rest for the night or the next day. Im at 170k on my 07 lucerne.

I took it to a shop and the code was p1811. It’s the pressure control selonoid. Which causing the car to shift late. It’s a 650-700 dollar job but then took it to my mechanic he said 350-400. Also going to switch the other selonoids out since their are right next to each other.

Let me know how that works. I have the same code but am too new to things to try changing the solenoids in a transmission let alone a shift kit. I did read it was a pressure related issue which might be why turning it off for a while fixed the issue for me for a period of time. Hopefully that works.
