Trunk Release Problem

My 2013 Buick Verano, have a few problems. The trunk release is not working. The button on the inside of the cabin nor the button on the key fob. Only way for me to get the trunk open is to crawl through the back seat and pull the emergency truck release. I’ve change the trunk latch entirely, checked the relays (they work) and nothing has fixed the problem, any help?

Have you used a voltmeter to test if power is going to the latch?
