Hi all, new to buick and new to the forum. recently bought a 1998 buick regal GS, 3.8 SC. when i bought the car last week i had both turn signal bulbs out so i replaced them. a week later i had my passenger side bulb go out again. i replaced the bulb again and the passenger side turn signal still does not work. i replaced the flasher and still nothing. cleaned and re tightened the ground. the park light does work on the multi bulb. just not the turn signal. all other lights work and when you switch the whole headlight assembly to the driver side the turn signal does work then. i tested the voltage and have the same voltage for the turn signal on both sides. it flashes quickly on the dash for the pass side like it has a bulb out.checked all fuses. all rear bulbs work. sorry for all the info just wanted to make sure you already knew what was done. (did replace SC coupler the day before so i did move the fuse box if that makes a difference) UPDATE: cut power and ran directly to harness. nothing. cut the power wire from harness and touched them together and got nothing, even though the wire has power. brought my cut up bulb to the other side and plugged it directly into the side that works and the bulb lit up. so have no idea where to go from here.

Have you tried removing, and cleaning the ground wire next to the headlight assemblies. Usually there is a black wire coming from each assembly that bolts to the fender or somewhere else close by the headlight to the body\frame. Although corrosion might not be apparent, removing the bolt may tell another story, i would check the ground wires for the headlights and see if they're not the culprit. It may also just be dirty contacts in the turn signal switch, sometimes i've had to jiggle the turn signal switch to make them work.
