Under seat cigarette lighter doesn't work.

The lighter outlet beneath the seat doesn't work. I'm not too inclined to take it all apart. The power seat is getting power and is just fine but that damn cigarette lighter down there does not work. Any suggestions? I've checked the fuses underneath the rear seat they're all good. Also under the hood.

Fuses for the lighter/ accy are under the seat as you said. Two fuses #8 and #22 are for the lighter outlets. Double check them. If good then you will have to check 12v inside the socket and or remove it so check more. Mine doesn't work either but I never had use for it.

What year is your Buick? Never heard of a lighter beneath the seat.

It's at the bottom of the center console about 3" above the floor carpet. There is also a outlet inside the center console storage compartment
