Vintage Air install, '64 Skylark

Being a swamp dweller from south Louisiana, I'm looking to add a Vintage Air system to my 1964 Skylark coupe (no factory air) to make it drivable year 'round. I've discovered that V.A. doesn't make a "sure fit" for any Buick product, I would need to buy the "builder series" and might need to improvise as I go. I'm told the compressor bracket is the main challenge. Has anyone dealt with and overcome this challenge? Has anyone installed a Classic Auto Air system with/without experiencing this problem?
