Wat cam works best in the lT1 looking make more power

Got a 96 rm sedan had her for a year now wanna make abit more power already have cai and flomaster performance duel exhaust I've heard of lt4 hot cams going into these lt1 engines any one with any info of any kind on hopping up these rm lt1s would be appreciated.. Wanna do a shift kit as well also my flomaster really isn't that loud is this due to the cats should I get some highflo cats or something
