What is the line that runs from the intake to the rear engine cam cover?

I am not sure. I think the PCV valve is the one that leads to the front cover.... Or is there two?

Not sure if it's the technical name but it's the only reference i could find. CCV, Crank Case Ventilation tube. Same as pcv but without a physical valve. Gm part #2324508188
