I have a 2017 buick lacrosse premium 2wd and I bought some aftermarket wheels and they are 10x114.3 and they are 20 inch width 8.5 wheels and my original wheels are 5x115 and they are 20 inch width8.5 will my new wheels fit on my car with no issues..

No they will not fit without an adapter, wrong bolt pattern, and probably too wide.
