Where is the RKE Module located?

Where is the Keyless Entry Module located?

keyless remote does not work on my 95 lesabre. Neither does the dome light when you open the doors. It does work when you use the dash dimmer switch. Every once in a while the dome light comes on and you have to disconect the battery to shut it off. I figured it must be a bad RKE (remote keyless entry) module. I'm quessing it is located by the (under the hood fuses) inside the firewall. My question is where is it located and how dificult will it be to replace? Can you use the same remotes?

I have the same question, except it's on a 2000 Buick Century.

I think the remote door-lock/unlock "receiver module" is inside the vehicle, beneath the dash cover (care must be taken if/when disassembling same, so as to NOT set-off the air bag).
