When car is parked in direct sunlight 85 degrees, the window on that side quit working. I move to shade and 30 minutes later worked. Does anyone know how to fix?

Does anyone ever help on this forum?

I think the fact that the windows did not work in 85* temps was due to condensation on the ground terminals. Do you have wet carpet on the drivers side, or passenger side?

What "side" are you talking about, drivers side, or passenger side? Don't be impatient when requesting help here, or you could alienate yourself from member reply's. Most people here try to help, but are not glued to this site due to many other obligations.

Both of my rear windows do this when sitting with direct Florida sunshine on the door.

I suspect that the problem is with either the motor heating up and expanding in the motor housing and not being able to move or maybe an electrical contact heating up and causing too much space in a contact.

Either way I'm glad that once they cool down they're operational.
