Wipers can't lift up

Hello, is there a resolve to the fact you cannot lift up the wipers to stay up so you can remove snow or just wash it?!
This is crazy! I have 2019 model, I hope they addressed this issue going forward!

No, they don't. But you can cover the windshield to keep snow/ice off then remove the cover.

I found a video that says to turn off the car and pull up on the wiper control arm for five seconds. I haven't tried it yet.
