My windshield wipers often move up like an inch or so on their own but don't fully engage, and then move back down. This happens randomly when there is no rain or water around. The switch on the steering column works fine. This is on a 1999 Buick Century Custom. I think I read somewhere that this car has rain sensors? Where would these sensors be located? Any ideas why my wipers are possessed? 🤨
