Wood door trim removal

I have a 2001 park avenue base and the wood trim on the dash is dull. I wanted to remove it and spray it with clear gloss so it is shiny again . I know the trim on the dash comes off easily . Can I remove the wood trim from the doors as well or is it not removable ?

If you are referring to the wood trim around the door switches, then yes, the panels pop out since the switches are mounted to them.
