We ended up with 406/400 on a conservative tune. Short throw is on and i like it, you just really can't bang gears on this car, or maybe its just me?...but this Trans is touchy. Wide open throttle it won't let me go into 2nd n 3rd easily. Nls 3-4 is smooth but that's about it.

Giving you around 487 BHP. Which is a 55 percent increase in HP over stock. I'll say that is a remarkable improvement.

thought it was just me noticing that this car really isn't meant to be shifted hard for some reason .. just today I was getting on it and tried to go from 2nd to 3rd .. all you hear is that lovely grind and I KNOW my foot is fully to the floor .. sometimes it feels like the gear just isn't there .. you literally have to like double clutch just to get the damn gear to go .. very embarassing and frustrating since I had a turbo G35 before this and I used to be able to shift that car as fast as I could with no issue

Any new videos? I would love to see a drive by and acceleration video from the outside to hear this beast! And yes the trans is junk in these...I thought my Jetta MKIV's were bad! These are waaay worse. I constantly grind when shifting quickly into 3rd...and I am not even trying to speed shift or God forbid flat foot shift. The worst trans I have EVER used. My cable shifted S4 with bad 2nd gear syncros would outshift this POS

Tim thinks there its a mechanism that prohibits dropping the clutch, however, this winter i do plan on having them see what they can do to help it out during my next round of mods. I'll try to get some video footage for yas on my days off, wish i still had my go pro

Its kinda pointless... Falls on is face to soon and the stock intercooler is garbage. 😕

Trifecta told me when we were tuning my turbo that I have the most aggressive stock tuned turbo under safe.conditions .. and well its good would like to push it more but cars quick .. I do agree with kyle it loses its oomph around 5500 rpm but with the weather getting colder its fine

If this buick weighed 3400-3500 pounds instead of.3750 than id say its great but at 25 psi the cars.power relies mostly on the turbo alone

Plenty of crap the throw out of your Buick. Sound deadening material and replace seats. Stuff like that. I'm sure there is 250 pounds somewhere. I just leave the wife at home! 🙂
