Was adjusting my driver's seat yesterday morning. It was moving normally, then all at once it quit working completely.
It will not move at all. (up ,down, forward, back, or back recline...Nothing moving.)
It was single digits temps yesterday morning and very cold....Wonder if it blew a fuse ?
I don't have an owners manual for it, so was wondering the location of the fuse that controls the power driver's seat ?
(I did note that the passenger seat still moves/works...Does it run off a separate fuse ?)
Any and all help from you guys would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks !

The fuse block for the seats is under the rear seat. Lift the front of the seat bottom up and then out. Removes easily. Check for loads of lost coins and maybe have a thought to clean this area some day. Ignore melted hard candy drops.

Remove the lid from the fuse block and the fuse map is underneath.

# 5 is a circuit breaker for the "Power Seat."

#28 is a fuse for "RFA, Memory Seat Module, Driver Seat Switch."

Could start by checking those.

Thanks for that info.
You said it was under the rear seat....Does the whole seat come out of the car, or does it move out just enough to access the fuse panel ?
(Just want to make sure I don't damage anything.)
Thanks!

Just the bottom portion and yes, the whole seat bottom comes out. The seat back is separate from the seat bottom. Lift up on the front of the seat to release it, then continue lifting up, and then lift out. There are some plastic tabs at the rear of the cushion to guide the seat when reinstalling. I broke one off but I do not think it is critical.

I really appreciate it.
I hope it's just a fuse.
I guess it could be the seat switch itself, but usually any seat switches I ever had go bad would just stop working in one position, and other directions of movement kept working.
Or, worse yet, something under the seat in the motor unit and/or rail assy.
I'll try checking the fuse and breaker first, and hope for the best.
Thanks !
