The rear multi-link is super-easy. I just don't want to tackle the HiPer front without a service manual in front of me.A week ago I had my back passenger side wheel repaired. When the tech had the wheel off I took a look at the rear suspension. I was amazed at the set up. The strut and spring are separate. However, it still looks kind of complicated to remove the spring. I admit, I didn't really see what it would entail.
Eibach already makes a kit for the Insignia that is a direct-fit for us. Just because the US-branch is too stupid to realize it, that doesn't mean you can't order from a European distributor right now. That's what I did.I called Eibach today ... they're ready to make a kit, they just need a car ...Is there anybody from California that is willing to lend Eibach their car for a few days? They're near LA in the inland empire area.. They need it to research and find out what parts they have that would fit and work for the kit .. Of they already have parts, they can make it in 60 days... they would like to give a large discount to the person who lends thier car .. They are from Europe too, so likelihood of having insignia 2.0T parts is high... Go to Eibach.com and click the "Eibach wants your car button"
Fill in your info.. And they can get rolling !!
Sorry man, between the heat and a busy schedule this has gotten pushed back more than I wanted. I am hoping to get this knocked out by the end of the month 🙂C'mon, someone please get it going. This car needs a serious drop

Well, I finally have a free weekend... so unless something comes up I am planning to get these installed (FINALLY) tomorrow!
Looking forward to seeing the pics. Hell, if they look good enough, I might just say we should meet up for lunch one day, since I'm just over in Richardson because I'd like to see it in person.Well, I finally have a free weekend... so unless something comes up I am planning to get these installed (FINALLY) tomorrow!

Does anyone have any experience with H&R lowering springs?
I wonder if these will fit the GS?
