Help identify this part of Steering column.

I am trying to identify this part of the steering column. it is cracked (circled) and I need to find a replacement.

Assuming I find it in a pick and pull, how hard is it to replace?

If I can't find it at a pick and pull what are my options? replace the entire steering column?

I've never had the steering column apart, so I can't answer that, but hopefully someone that has will come along soon and answer that for you. There are a few members that have subscriptions to AllData that will have breakdowns of the process.
