2016 enclave glare from dash on windshield--email gm..i have email.this is ridiculous

IF YOU CAN'T SEE OUT OF YOUR WINDSHIELD BECAUSE OF THE GLARE FROM THE DASH FEATURE THAT LIGHTS UP AT NIGHT, EMAIL HERE: <CustomerAssistance@Buick.com>;... THEY NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS. IT is so distracting I want to return mine!!!! Anyone else has this issue email them today-!!!! PLease.

not sure what dash feature you are referring to but is it controllable with the dash dimmer switch?
do you have a film on the windshield, you have tried cleaning it with windex?
have you applied any product to the dash such as Amourall?

No it is during the day, it is the feature itself that is reflecting a cheap looking marble...with the light up feature in it. this is what i see while driving...so distracting...looks like chrome ..but its not

Just replaced my 2014 Enclave with a 2017 and neither has this issue.

do you think a dashboard cover would take care of? recommend any?

No. But your going to have to make sure the cover does not cover sensors or vents on the dash. Just do not see this as an issue. Where do you live? I travel from MI to AZ spring and fall do not have this problem.

Polarized sunglasses completley eliminate the reflection of the dash on the windshield of my Park Avenue. They also filter out the heads up display on the windshield.

Have you put any Amor All or similar solvent on dash it will do that, its not the wood moulding its the dash that's showing. Take denatured alcohol and clean until gloss is cone..
