My front cigarette lighter stopped working. What type of fuse is it and where is the fuse located?

I'm bumping this to the top, I've been using the rear cigarette lighter but would really like to fix the front one. Any ideas?

Here's the link for the fuses and relays, they should be in your owner manual also.

Under Instrument Panel Fuse Block I believe it should be #7. But if the fuse is good then you may have a short in the wire or a connection that is loose, I'm not familiar with the wiring harness on your vehicle.

Bought my 2013 Verano used in 2016.
The fuse for the front cigarette lighter was already blown.
Replaced it and have had no problems since.
Sorry, can't remember how many amps it was....

I use mine all the time for a TomTom GPS and for a cell phone.
Sometimes, both at the same time. I use a "1-male to 2-female" power cord adapter/splitter.

When posting a request like this, it is best to also provide the model year and trim level of your vehicle.
There are some differences.

In this case however it looks like all model years used the same fuse position.
And G-697236 is correct about the location and fuse #.
Instrument Panel Fuse Box, Fuse #7.

I had to replace the same fuse when I purchased my 2013 as a used vehicle.
Replace the fuse regardless if it looks "blown" or not.
Mine did not look "blown", but I swapped it out anyway and the "power outlet" started working.

2012 - 2014 owners manual list #6 as ignition/electronic key system

2015 - 2017 list #6 as cigar lighter

All manuals list #7 as power outlet

20 amp fuse listed for both

I wish I could pay you for the knowledge here. Thank you.
