I have a 2008 Buick Lucerne and it would start. Would crank but not start. Found a fuse in fuse box under hood that was blown so changed it and it started but now is misfiring and running bad. Acceleration is horrible. Could it be the coil pack or fuel filter? Or plugs and wires. Was running fine before just happened all of a sudden.

V6 or V8? What fuse was replaced? CEL on or scanned for codes? Not knowing anything about the vehicle's history, mileage or maintenance any of those items you listed could be the problem.

A fuse that is blown may be the first source to check as to why it was blown, maybe it was it's time or related to a electrical component that is failing or shorting out.

It's a V6 the codes just had two that said it was misfiring he didn't tell me the codes. I'm on my way to work right now but the fuse was something to do with the fuel. When I get to work I'll let u know which one it was. A week or two before this happened it stalled out while I was driving on the interstate. I thought I had gotten bad gas. It runs now but rough on acceleration and no power and drinking gas

He is who also without a code number it's a guess. The only fuel related fuses under the hood are the Fuel Injector odd & even. Check the rear seat Fuel pump fuse and relay pull them out and examine the box base along with the fuse and relay for melting or burns.

It was a mechanic that hooked the code reader to it and he didn't tell me the codes. Just said it was misfiring and needed plugs and wires. I feel like it's something else maybe those need replaced also but the fuse was fuel inject even and when we replaced it it started up but not running good

Again not knowing history of what has or hasn't been done plugs and wires could cause a bad running engine, so could a coil or a related problem to the injectors with the blown fuse. Just taking best guesses here without codes or being onsite.

Thank you for at least giving me your opinion! I'll have the coil pack replaced and plugs and wires. Where is the fuel filter located on it?

I wouldn't just replace the coils unless they are bad. The fuel filter is part of the fuel pump and is not replaceable.

So if it was the filter I'd have to replace the whole pump.

You may want to get a scanner, half decent ones are only about $100+-, there's YouTube videos on checking coils along with injectors etc, having a scanner lets you swap parts and see if the problem follows if so that is the part that needs replacement, if not then move to next suspect it's a basic troubleshooting to get to the problem.
