Does anyone know if the 2021 Encore GX Essence can have the retractable outside mirrors added after it was bought?

I believe all models have retractable don’t they? However, they are manual not power.

They are retractable however it would be nice to know if there is a way to make them power retract instead of manual. Would look nice and be awesome to have.
