Back door rattle

Hi Everyone,
I have this very annoying rattle coming from the driver side back passenger door. There is a piece of metal moving in there on every minor bump. Anyone experience this? is it worth taking the door apart to have a look?

Whether it's worth it depends on how much it annoys you. Having a passenger confirm the source is the door is a good idea.

Turns out the plastic shield under the car had a screw missing and the rattle made it seem like something was loose inside the door.
