I haven't seen anyone post a catch can setup for the 2.4L Verano. I am interested in setting one up because I noticed oil building up on the valve cover of my engine around the PCV hose. I think that a catch can will be able to mitigate any contaminated oil re-circulating and making its way to the throttle body. Here is a diagram that shows how I am planning on installing the catch can. Will this set up work?

Also, if anyone knows, what is the hose for that I circled and marked with a question mark "?" The second image is a close-up of the hose.

Did you ever figure out an answer because I was going to try to do the same thing.
The set up that I drew did end up working. After 2 months of driving in winter conditions (-20C), I collected around 50mL of contaminated fluid in the can. The most difficult part was finding a hose with the proper diameter. I found a heat and oil resistant hose with an inner diameter of 11mm, but it was way too snug. I had to stretch it out. I think that an 11.5mm or 12mm hose would be best.
