Battery not charging

I have a 2005 Buick Lacrosse CXL 3800. I just finished swapping engines with another 3800. Everything works fine, except it is not charging the battery. The alternator was bench tested at a local auto parts store, to which it was tested good. It was charging fine before the engine swap. Could it be a bad fuse, bad ground, or some cable on a wrong one? I’m stumped…..any suggestion? Thanks

How are you testing it on a running engine?

It’s a new battery. Tested the battery with a Fluke Multimeter and engine running showing 11.36.

What does the alternator output show?
How about any other alternator connections, what do they show?
