Often when I start my vehicle, I am unable to turn on the air conditioning due to there being no power to the control module. It'll take around 15 to 20 minutes of driving, if not more, for power to arrive to the climate control module so that I can then turn on the fans. While the control module is not working, if I drive at speed, cool air still comes from the air vents being cooled by the compressor. I just can't turn on the fans. At the same time that I have no power to the control module, I also don't have power to the heads up display, and I get a warning light for ABS. Also in this state, anything connected to climate control, such as heated seats and the passenger side climate control do not work. Also to note, if I am able to set the air conditioning or heater to an active state, the instances where the climate control loses power again, the air conditioning will stay at its current level and not lose power itself. I have ruled out replacing the climate control module, fuses, and relays.

If you’ve already tested the climate control unit (dashboard), fuses and relays and found that they passed, you’ve got a deeper problem.

You didn’t say what year your LeSabre is, but hopefully it is post ‘96 so you have OBDII connections. Check the alternator voltage and amperage, test the battery and check the terminals, and if they pass, pay for a deep diagnostic scan.

OP mentioned heads up display. Didn't that stay for lesabre in 2003?

I'd start looking for a ground prob li em.

Should be required to give model, year, trim level for any topic.

Sorry I forgot to post the year and such, it's a 2004 Buick LeSabre limited.
