Radio and blinker issue

I have a 2016 Regal. My blinker sound and radio both stopped working simultaneously. My blinkers do still illuminate and work. Anyone else had this issue or have an idea of the fix?

Blinker sound is from radio speaker. Check fuses to start with.

I've done that. I've taken it to the dealer as well and they couldn't tell me what was wrong with it. I'm so confused.

The Buick dealer had no idea why your radio isn't working?
Did they spend anytime to diagnose the problem?

I paid them for a diagnostic. They told me they'd have to take a deeper look but I never took it back because I'd have to pay another diagnostic. I wasn't looking pay another diagnostic to possibly be told the same thing again.

Not sure how anybody can tell you what's wrong without testing.

I sure wouldn't take my car back to that dealership!
They should have run diagnostics like MelsRegal said: test, test, test, test!

radio speaker Amplifier is bad. Needs to be programmed as well.
